The gold-plated spring connectors of these XT90-S connectors are housed in a high temperature nylon shell and are inserted into an injection mold during the manufacturing process. The connectors always stay aligned since the shell is molded around them, making it simple and quick to plug in and unplug. Applications up to and beyond 90 amps are ideal for the reliable, high-amp connection that the XT90-S connectors offer!
